Alexander Marketing Names Sterbenc Creative Director – Editorial, McGady Account Director

Alexander Marketing has appointed Tony Sterbenc to the new position of Creative Director – Editorial and hired Therese McGady as Account Director.

As Creative Director – Editorial, Sterbenc will serve as the agency’s lead creative copywriter and a source of creative thinking and strategy on all accounts. He will be responsible for maintaining and elevating the agency’s high standards for written product and creative solutions, acting as its “editor in chief” for all creative copy. Sterbenc was most recently Associate Creative Director with The Marketing Store in Chicago, working heavily on direct response campaigns and other marketing programs for accounts including Allstate and McDonald’s. He has also served as Vice President and Creative Director for Foote Cone & Belding and in various roles at Leo Burnett and Cramer-Krasselt, where he managed clients such as John Deere, Rust-Oleum, Nuveen and Citibank.

McGady previously served as Senior Account Executive at Rhea + Kaiser Marketing Communications in Naperville, Illinois, where she served as lead account manager on major accounts including Caterpillar, Besser, Idemitsu and Sandvik Mining and Construction. Prior to her work with R+K, McGady served as Lead Communications representative with Caterpillar in Cary, North Carolina, and in other communications roles with Caterpillar in Aurora and Peoria, Illinois. She is a graduate of Bradley University.
